Eva Grove

The architectural design and spatial layout of this dwelling failed to meet the functional requirements of its occupants. Our team was entrusted to transform the main level into an interconnected communal area that would allow for easy interaction among groups. By infusing the space with a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic, we were able to instill a warm and inviting atmosphere that the family had previously lacked. Every aspect of the home was treated with bespoke millwork, from the wall adornments to the custom built-ins and the kitchen and laundry areas. This approach resulted in a residence that is as distinctive and individualistic as the family who calls it home.
